Where is my order? When is it shipping? Can I have an update on my order?Updated 2 years ago

Fulfilling the order:

Our orders are usually picked, packed, and fulfilled within 24 hours, unless the product is a pre-order (usually clearly stated on the product page), or if you're currently waiting for a purchased back order. 

Please note that fulfilment takes place between Monday and Friday, and not on weekends.

Tracking the order

We automatically notify you by email when the product ships out and provide a tracking number to allow you to track your product while it's in transit to you. It often will take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to go live and get updated after you receive it. Once it is in the hands of our courier, the best way to track the shipment is via the tracking number they provide.


Common Fulfillment Issues:

  1. How long does shipping take?
  2. My order hasn't shipped yet, can I still edit the order?
  3. My order says shipped and I have a tracking number, but it says "Waiting for Pickup"
