If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be most likely be fulfilled within 1 hour of your order placement. After the order has been fulfilled, it will be too late to cancel or edit and the order will ship out as is.
Please note that there is a 12-24 hour delay for you to receive the tracking number, regardless, the scooter has already been picked, packed, and handed over to UPS or Canpar.
You have up to 48-hours before the expected shipping date to edit, cancel or update your order.
