If you purchased an electric scooter
If the item you purchased is on pre-order, please refer to the shipping timeline communicated on our website to stay updated. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is fulfilled.
If your item is in stock, you can expect to receive your tracking number in the next 48 hours and your product to be delivered within the next 2-6 business days*.
If you purchased an accessory or upgrade
If the item you purchased is in stock you can expect to get a tracking number within the next 48 hours
If your item is out of stock and you made a direct request, the shipping time may be up to 45 days*.
If you purchased a spare part
If the item you purchased is in stock you can expect to get a tracking number within the next 72 hours
If your item is out of stock and you made a direct request, the shipping time may be up to 45 days.
Once your order is picked up by our couriers, shipping times will vary depending on your location, but on average takes anywhere from 2-6 business days.
The approximate shipping times are:
- East Coast provinces and states: 2-5 business days
- Mid-west provinces and states: 2-5 business days
- West Coast provinces and states: 3-6 business days
Please note that UPS and other courier services may be delayed in updating their tracking information.
If you would like to track your order or view your Order Confirmation Page, you can click on the Smart Assistant in the bottom right of this page and click on "Track my Order" on the main choice list.
We automatically notify you by email when the product does ship out and provide a tracking number to allow you to track your product while it's in transit to you. Note: It often will take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to go live and get updated after you receive it.
