Thank you for choosing our BOGO Scooter offer. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or return your purchase. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns or cancellations of scooters bought under our BOGO (Buy One, Get One) offer.

Eligibility for Returns/Cancellations:

This policy applies only to scooters purchased under the BOGO offer.

The request for return or cancellation must be made as per our standard Return/Cancellation Policy

Return of One Scooter:

In cases where you choose to keep one scooter and return the other, the BOGO offer becomes void.

You will be required to cover the full selling price of the scooter you keep.

The refund for the returned scooter will be processed after adjusting the full selling price of the scooter you are keeping.

Cancellation of Entire Order:

If you decide to cancel the entire order or return both scooters, the standard return policy applies.

Ensure that the scooters are in their original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and accessories.
