My Apollo scooter is not reaching the advertised speed - how can I fix it?Updated 5 months ago

For scooter model equipped with QS-S4 display throttle like the legacy model Ghost v1/v2, Light 2021, City 2021 and Explore 2020/2021

Each of the Apollo scooters comes with an LED controlled featuring three gears. Each gear limits the top speed - Gear 1 has the lowest top speed, while Gear 3 is the maximum. Simply press the "Mode" button on your controller to switch gears.

If this does not work, check your advanced settings to ensure they are set at the factory specs. Namely the P2 units(Km/Mi), P3 Battery Voltage, P6 Wheel Diameter, P8 power level, and P12 acceleration settings. For a video guide to the advanced settings, click here.

For scooter models that are app-enabled like the newer Air Pro 2021, Air 22/23, City Reg/Pro 22/23, Pro 2023, and Go

You can set individual speed limit to each riding modes.
