At Apollo Scooters, we stand by the quality and durability of our products, and to demonstrate our commitment, we offer a transferable 12 Month Limited Warranty for scooters purchased directly through Apollo (via our website or authorized servicing locations). This means that the warranty coverage can be transferred to a new owner, ensuring continued protection for our valued customers.
Ownership Transfer Requirement:
To facilitate the smooth transfer of the Limited Warranty or Extended Warranty, the new owner/seller must initiate an ownership transfer. This can be done by providing the full name and order number of the original purchaser to [email protected]. Once these details are confirmed with the original purchaser, all records will be promptly updated to reflect the new owner.
If the scooter is covered by an Extended Warranty, the new owner/seller should also include the full name, order number, and Extend or XCoverGo contract ID of the original purchaser in the email to [email protected]
12 Month Limited Warranty Duration:
The 12 Month Limited Warranty will be in effect for 12 months from the date the order was received by the original purchaser. This timeframe ensures that our customers receive adequate coverage for any potential issues during the initial year of ownership.
Distributor Sales:
For scooters purchased through a distributor, the Limited Warranty provided by the distributor will apply. It's essential to refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined by the distributor for accurate information regarding warranty coverage.
