I want to cancel my order - how can I do it?Updated a year ago
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by accessing our self-serve returns portal:
You will need to enter your order number and email, select the item you would like to cancel, and submit your request. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and you will get an update via email.
If your cancellation request is approved, the credit card processing fee of 3% + restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund and the balance will be credited back to your original method of payment. When the refund is processed, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
Please be advised of the cancellation fees as outlined in our return/cancellation policy.
On our self-serve portal we also are able to offer exchanges now! If you would like to exchange your scooter instead of returning it, the shipping fees will be waved.
You are also able to return for store credit, in which case the 3% credit card processor fee will be waved and you can use your gift card another time on our store.

Please note that if the product has not yet been processed by one of our 3rd party fulfillment centres, you will be eligible for a full refund minus credit card processing fees of 3% (excluding pre-orders). The 3% credit card processing fee is a fee imposed by Stripe's payment processing platform in Shopify's eCommerce platform used by Apollo.
If you have already received your product, returns will only be accepted on unused products and you will need to cover return shipping plus credit card processing fees of 3%. If an order has not yet shipped, your order will be placed on a delivery hold until the cancellation request is finalized or lifted.
