I received a tracking number but it isn't valid/hasn't been scanned - what's going on?Updated 2 years ago
When we create and print a shipping label for your order, you receive an automated email notifying you of your tracking number. When you first receive your tracking number, it may look like this:
This is completely normal! Our tracking numbers take some time to appear as valid in UPS' system, and often don't appear until they are scanned at a UPS facility (typically in the evening). Rest assured that your tracking number should become valid within 1-3 business days of being sent to you. If it's been several business days with no update, please chat to our A-Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
