How to Submit an Apollo Warranty+ Claim with Extend?Updated a year ago

In the unfortunate event that you need to submit an extended warranty claim with Extend, follow the steps below! 

Here is a full list of everything that is covered by Extend.

Step 1: Go to https://customers.extend.com/en-US/  

• Click on "Start a new Claim" 
• Enter your email address or Extend contract ID

Step 2: Complete Claim

• You will be asked for a description of the issue 

Step 3: Claim Approved

• 98% of claims are approved in less than 2 minutes! 
• Once your claim is approved, Extend will send you a pre-paid shipping label

Step 4: Scooter Repaired

• Once we receive your scooter at our Apollo Hub Repair Centre, we will complete the repairs and ship the scooter back to you!
