How to Return or Exchange Your ScooterUpdated 3 months ago

If your scooter is unused and within 14 days of delivery, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online self-serve portal:

Canada Return Portal: https://apolloscooters.ca/a/return


  1. Enter your order number and associated email.
  2. Select the item and click "Return your item."
  3. Fill in the Return Form, attach scooter photos, and accept the disclaimer.
  4. Choose to drop off (Montreal, LA, NYC) or ship the item back.
  5. Submit your item for return.

Using the online portal allows you to purchase a return shipping label. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed, deducting return fees (if applicable) + 3% credit card processing fee + restocking fee. The balance will be credited within 2-5 business days.


Note: Ridden scooters are not eligible for return. Damaged items will incur repair costs and return shipping, making them ineligible for return.
