How to Return or Exchange Your ScooterUpdated 3 months ago
If your scooter is unused and within 14 days of delivery, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online self-serve portal:

- Enter your order number and associated email.
- Select the item and click "Return your item."
- Fill in the Return Form, attach scooter photos, and accept the disclaimer.
- Choose to drop off (Montreal, LA, NYC) or ship the item back.
- Submit your item for return.
Using the online portal allows you to purchase a return shipping label. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed, deducting return fees (if applicable) + 3% credit card processing fee + restocking fee. The balance will be credited within 2-5 business days.
Note: Ridden scooters are not eligible for return. Damaged items will incur repair costs and return shipping, making them ineligible for return.
