How can I get my scooter repaired?Updated 5 months ago

We're sorry if you're having issues with your scooter. Rest assured we'll get this resolved as soon as possible!

To start, please fill out and submit the repair form here to ensure our repair team has all the necessary information regarding the issue you are currently experiencing.

Next, use our self-serve platform (Canada Portal/US Portal). Enter your order number and email, pay for the shipping label, and send your scooter in for repair. If you're near a repair location, you will be prompted to schedule a drop-off appointment.

Important: To ship your scooter, use the original box or a sufficiently large box. If you no longer have the original box, you can purchase a suitable one from our website (Canada website/US website). Pack it securely with materials like packing foam, bubble wrap, air pillows, or packing peanuts to prevent damage during shipping. 

We strongly recommend using enough packaging material to protect your scooter adequately. Failing to do so may result in damage to some components that will need replacement. Please note that such damage won't be covered by the warranty, as we are not responsible for how the scooter is handled in transit.

We will do our best to have your scooter up and running again as fast as possible so that you can get back to enjoying the ride! :)

Note: Warranty coverage is officially determined upon inspection. Any damage that is determined to not fall under warranty as per our warranty policy will be billed.
