How can I get an update on my repair status?Updated 6 months ago

If you have already brought or shipped your scooter in for repair, you can check your repair status by clicking on the link below! 

Apollo Scooters Repair Updates

You will need your Repair Record ID in order for us to be able to find your repair in our database. 

For shipped repairs, you should have been sent an email when your scooter arrived at the Apollo Hub which included your Repair Record ID.

For drop-off repairs, you should have been sent an email after you dropped off your scooter at the Apollo Hub.

If you have misplaced your Repair Record ID, start a chat with our A-Team using the Smart Assistant or shoot us an email at [email protected]
