Can I purchase a spare battery for extra mileage?Updated 2 years ago

If you're looking at purchasing a new scooter, or maybe you already have one, but you want extra range, you're probably wondering if you can purchase and use an extra battery to extend your mileage. 

The short answer to this is: yes and no. 

While it is technically possible to do so, it would require extensive knowledge of electrical engineering, and intimate experience with how our scooters work. 

Unfortunately, this is not a service that we offer at this time. 

However, as we grow and expand, and work on new projects, we may have a scooter available in the future with expandable battery packs for extra range! We always look to improve and innovate, and we take our customer feedback very seriously. 

In the meantime, if you would like to extend your range as much as possible, we recommend riding on the slower speed settings, and keeping your battery well charged at all times. 

Charging your scooter when it's around 25-50% minimum will help keep your battery healthy and extend it's lifespan to ensure you have your full range for as long as possible.
