If you purchased your Apollo Scooter from a wholesaler, retailer, or distributor, they are responsible to extend the warranty to your unit directly, and not Apollo. The following retailers are exceptions to this policy:

2. AmazonCA/USA: Please reach out to [email protected]

If you need to report a manufacturing defect or if you require a repair for your scooter within 12 months of purchase, please defer to the warranty policy of the retailer where you purchased your Apollo scooter.
