Price Guarantee Policy

Our Price Guarantee varies based on the scooter's status: delivered, in-transit, on pre-order, or unfulfilled in stock. Please review the policies below for each scenario:

Delivered: If an offer is announced within 48 hours of delivery, customers have 5 days to redeem it. We won't honor sales beyond this timeframe or after the sale concludes.

In-Transit: If an order is in-transit during a sale, they have 5 days to redeem the offer. We won't honor sales beyond this timeframe or after the sale concludes.

Pre-Orders: For live website offers during pre-orders, customers can redeem the offer. If a new sales price is lower, the difference is reimbursed. If there's a different offer, pay the extra amount. If fulfillment begins, refer to in-transit and delivered outcomes.

In Stock but Unfulfilled: If the offer is live at the time of the request, we will honor the sale for unshipped, in-stock orders.

Please Note:

  • Apollo does not combine promotions but honors price differences based on the scenarios mentioned.
  • If a customer purchased a scooter at $1,500 with a $100 discount, and there's a new sale price at $1,350, we reimburse only $50.
  • Expired sales will not be honored.
  • Sales are at Apollo's discretion, and specific dates or future sales information need not be disclosed in advance.
