I have a flat tire but the tire isn't damaged - what do I do?Updated 5 months ago

Note: The guide only applies to scooters that have tires with inner tubes.

If you have developed a flat tire with no visible damage to the outer tire shell, it is likely that your inner tube needs to be replaced! Rest assured that this is no cause for concern - your inner tube has likely developed a small puncture which is something that can happen. Our team has the resources outlined below that you need to get back on the road!

You can purchase new inner tubes here or reach out to us for coverage under our Apollo Protection Plan if you have such coverage on your scooter (only valid for orders placed before November 1, 2022, for a period of 24 months).

You can consult the following tire change guides to do the replacement from home:

To have the scooter serviced, you can set up the process through our self-serve platform:  https://widget-hosts.mavenoid.com/apollo-repair-form/
